Shipping & Returns

Production and dispatch

Every print is made to order. After payment is confirmed the print is produced at the lab, inspected and shipped. Signed prints take about a week longer for the artist's signature.

Japan: about 7 days (10–14 days signed). International: about 2 weeks (2–3 weeks signed).

Carriers

Prints travel in a dedicated tube or flat box. Yamato Transport within Japan; EMS (Express Mail Service) internationally as standard. A tracking number is emailed on dispatch.

Framing

Framing is available on request and quoted separately (aluminium, in black, grey or white) with its own shipping cost.

Returns

Only prints damaged in transit can be returned: contact us within one week of delivery and we remake the same print. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch, and returns for other reasons are not accepted.

Duties

For international deliveries, import duties and taxes are payable by the buyer and vary by country.
