What we collect
What an order needs: name, email, shipping address, phone number and order details; for membership and letters, an email address and language preference; and server logs (IP address, time of access). Card details are processed by Stripe and never stored by us.
Why
To fulfil orders and issue certificates, answer enquiries, send the monthly letter to subscribers, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Legal basis (EU/UK visitors)
Performance of a contract (orders), consent (letters), legitimate interest (fraud prevention and site security).
Who else sees it
Stripe (payments), Resend (email), the carrier (delivery) and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and analytics
Only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and language. Analytics are cookieless and do not identify individuals. No advertising trackers.
Retention
Order records are kept for the statutory bookkeeping period in Japan (generally seven years). Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or withdraw consent by writing to info@ikkimitsuhashi.com. EU/UK residents may complain to their supervisory authority. California residents have the rights the CCPA provides, including to know, delete and opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information).
