Scope
These terms govern the sale of prints on this site. Placing an order means you accept them.
The work
Prints are archival pigment prints (giclée) made to order by a fine-art laboratory in Tokyo. Paper, size and signature are chosen at order. Colours on screen may differ from the print.
Reservation of edition numbers
Edition numbers are reserved for 30 minutes when checkout begins and released if payment is not completed. For konbini and bank-transfer payments the reservation is held until the payment provider's deadline.
Copyright
All copyright remains with the artist. Buying a print transfers no copyright and grants no licence to reproduce.
Discounts
Quantity, value, membership, campaign and coupon discounts are not cumulative; the single most favourable discount applies.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan; the Shizuoka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
